Shipping & Returns

We want you to love your purchase! However, if you are unsatisfied with an item, we will happily accept your new, unused, regular priced items in their original packaging for a return or exchange. You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@arayaskin.com. Once your return is accepted, we will contact you with further details. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items must be received back in our shop within 10 business days of return approval or they will not be accepted. Any sale or promotional items are final sale and non-refundable.

We are not responsible for return shipping, nor are shipping costs refundable. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of merchandise and credited back using your original form of payment.

Order Procurement

All orders will be processed within 2 – 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Araya Skin is not responsible for return shipping, nor are shipping costs refundable.

Araya Skin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
